Need a modern, highly efficient AC compressor for your 993 or 993 engine equipped Porsche? Look no further!
Fits the ultra compact, high output Sanden SD7 / SD7B10 compressor. This bracket is specifically optimized for engines using ITB kits (such as my own, see other listings) But can work with any 993 engine, or air cooled engine using the 993 AC compressor bracket.
Earlier version bracket will soon be available, for 964 or 911 SC engines etc.
Special tight fit line adapter available, check other listings.
SB7 compressor output:
17,000-20000 BTU at idle speed depending on belt configuration
~ 26000 BTU at 2000 RPM
Max output as high as 42000 BTU!
VS stock 993 compressor 10PA17C
6000-9000 BTU idle
16,000-20,000 BTU at 2000 RPM
Max output around 28,000 BTU
VS 12v electric AC (such as classic retrofit etc)
3000-9000 BTU depending on amps alternator can provide.
